Nate graduated medical school in 1996 from the University of Colorado, and completed his residency at Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency in 2004. 
Nate served as a flight surgeon in the Air Force for three years on deployments and missions throughout the United States and internationally. He has practiced surgery in Anchorage since 2006. 
Nate enjoys travel, biking and playing hockey in his spare time. 
April has been an CRNA since 2008, and has worked in many environments from small community hospitals to large level-1 trauma centers. When not assisting Hydrate AK clients, April enjoys triathlons, and spending time with her family at their cabin.
April holds a Bachelors in Nursing (BSN), a Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesia (MSNA), and is currently enrolled in Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at Boise State University.

Amy has been in Health and Safety since 2012 and Human Resources since 2008. She holds a professional certification from the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Program and a Professional Human Resources certification from Human Resources Credentialing Institute.

Amanda moved from Wisconsin to Alaska in the early 2000s to attend college at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, on a gymnastics scholarship. She competed all four years in NCAA Division 1 gymnastics and was named an academic all-American each year. Amanda was also honored as an athletic all-American for the vault in 2004! She graduated with an Associates of applied science, fire and emergency services in 2005, a Bachelors in psychology in 2007, and a Bachelors of Science in nursing in 2008. She has experience working in behavioral health, labor and delivery, surgical and general nursing. She and her husband Collin have two children and together run a family-owned trucking business. When Amanda does have some down time, she and her family like to travel — especially to the Hawaiian island of Kona.
